Mixed feelings overall – some confidence but also some confusion
When I first started with the WFHI training and onboarding, my confidence was quite low because the initial modules seemed somewhat scattered. The explanations about setting up the remote workflows were straightforward, but the pacing felt uneven. Some parts, like learning to navigate the calling tools, were clear and I was able to grasp them quickly, which helped boost my confidence. However, when it came to understanding how to best utilize the database feature effectively within my daily tasks, the guidance was less comprehensive, which left me unsure about certain functionalities. The onboarding flow itself was convenient, but I experienced minor delays due to automatic updates that occurred unexpectedly, interrupting the process. Throughout the week, I appreciated the telephonic support as it was responsive, yet occasionally the technical terms used were hard to follow and I needed multiple calls to clarify. Invoicing and payments went smoothly with clear instructions, so I had no issues there. By the end of the training period, I felt moderately confident about using the software, but I think additional practice or perhaps a follow-up session focusing on the database and integration features would have completed the picture better. Overall, the experience had a balance of positive and less effective moments, making it neither fully satisfying nor disappointing.
