labels were clear but the wording sometimes confused me

Honestly, the training plus onboarding was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The instructions were clear in many ways, especially about how the dialer and database features worked together, which helped me get started. But some of the labels in the software seemed a little confusing, like I wasn’t always sure if a button would start a call or just preview a contact. It felt like reading the same terms in different places but with slightly different meanings. The casual style of the training videos was nice, making the process easy to follow at my own pace, but the wording in some modules could have been simpler or more consistent. Overall, I got the hang of most things after a while, but I bet new users might get tripped up a bit until they figure out the language quirks. It worked well enough for me, but I see why some might find it less intuitive.
