How I'd explain the WFHI experience to a friend
Looking back on my time with WFHI, I’d say the whole experience balanced out pretty well. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure about how the software components, like the calling tools and database integration, would fit together, but as I used it over time, things became clearer. The training was adequate and explained the basics well enough, though some points required figuring stuff out on my own. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, without any surprises. What stands out most is how regularly the software updates come through automatically, sometimes changing interface details, which needed some adjustment on my part. The telephonic support was available and mostly helpful but not always instantly responsive. Overall, I’d tell a friend that it’s a solid toolkit for managing remote workflows, but you should be patient and willing to invest some learning time.
