It took longer than expected to grasp the full picture

When I first looked at WFHI's sales and pre-purchase information, I found that some concepts around their overall setup took a fair bit of effort to understand fully. The explanations covered quite a few aspects of the training modules and software features, yet I found myself going back and forth between points like the database integration and calling tools. On one hand, the onboarding flow was broken down step-by-step, which helped clear things some of the time, but equally I felt some technical jargon was thrown in without much context to ease new users like me. The invoicing and payment system was explained adequately; however, the process of tracking automatic updates remained rather abstract to me at first. I definitely succeeded in piecing together how telephonic support fits into the overall system, but only after additional calls and a bit of trial and error. So while the clarity was there in some parts, other sections were less direct, meaning more effort was needed to fully grasp everything before feeling confident to proceed.
