Not the right fit unless you want just basic tools
I’ve tried similar software before, and honestly WFHI’s offering feels quite limited when compared. The sales and pre-purchase engagement lacked the depth I was used to; it felt more templated and less customized. The onboarding was slower and less thorough than what I had experienced with others. For me, the software felt clunky instead of smooth, and the calling tools lacked several features I consider essential. The training didn’t cover enough ground for deeper uses, so it felt incomplete. If you’re someone looking for a simple toolset without expecting much, maybe this will suit you, but if you want something comprehensive and flexible, this might not meet your needs. Overall, I felt WFHI’s approach was too basic compared to others I’ve used, and I wouldn’t recommend it for more demanding workflows or advanced remote work setups.
