Not ideal if you want a smooth, logical start
From a practical point of view, the sequence of sales and pre-purchase steps didn’t feel sensible to me. While the software itself seemed capable, the steps I had to go through before actually getting to test or use it were a bit disjointed. For someone who prefers a straightforward approach, this might cause unnecessary confusion. The sign-up process and payment flow, thankfully, were smooth, but before that, the pre-purchase guidance or how to engage with training seemed out of order. It seems suited more for users who are patient with some back-and-forth or those comfortable navigating less linear processes. On the downside, if you want quick clarity and organized walkthroughs before signing up, this might not suit your style. The telephonic support tried to help, but the sequence of information felt patchy when I called. So overall, I’d say this setup would work better for some but not if you want a well-structured start from the get-go.
