Onboarding left completely to me
I was expecting the training and onboarding to be straightforward and guided, but honestly, it was the opposite. The entire onboarding process felt like I had to figure everything out on my own without much help or clear instructions. The training materials didn’t cover what I needed specifically, and it was frustrating to spend so much time just trying to understand basic features instead of focusing on productive work. There wasn't a smooth flow to the setup, and I had to rely on trial and error a lot, which slowed me down significantly. I thought there would be more structured support in place for someone starting out, but I was wrong. The software environment didn't seem intuitive either, making the learning curve steeper than necessary. This experience left me quite disappointed since I had hoped for a seamless start, but instead, it felt like I was thrown in the deep end without a life jacket. Overall, the lack of clear, hands-on training and onboarding guidance meant I wasted time trying to get things working that probably could have been much easier if there was better support or clearer explanations up front.
