Onboarding was mostly smooth, but some training was unclear
When I started the onboarding and training sessions with WFHI, overall things went well but I did feel that I had to figure out a fair amount on my own. The initial training covered the basics of the dialer and accessing the database, which was helpful, but deeper features related to managing workflows weren’t fully explained. This meant I spent extra time experimenting with the software to understand how the automatic updates worked and how to handle the invoicing steps properly. I appreciate that the support staff was available to clarify a few questions, though a few times I felt like I had to contribute extra effort to get comfortable with some parts of the system. The onboarding flow itself was straightforward enough, and once I found my way around the platform, the software performed smoothly during calls and database lookups. So while I’d say the training was mostly effective, it wasn’t a completely hands-off experience and I did have to do some self-study to get up to speed fully, which maybe could be improved.
