Expected clearer labels but training wasn’t bad
My overall experience with the training and onboarding was a mix of positive and slightly confusing moments. When I first started, the training modules seemed well structured, and the onboarding flow was easy to follow visually. However, some of the wording and labels used in sections like the dialer setup and database management were a bit unclear or ambiguous, making me pause and reread instructions more than I expected. It felt like some terms could have been simplified or explained in a way that would make immediate sense to someone new. On the other hand, the training videos and explanations were thorough and helped me get comfortable with most features after working through them slowly. There were moments when the workflow made sense only after I saw how the software behaved during calls or while managing contacts. So, while the wording could be improved to reduce hesitation, the overall experience did enable me to onboard effectively. The tone of the training was quite neutral, without pressure, which helped me learn at my own pace. It’s a decent start, but a bit more attention to the terminology and clearer labels in the onboarding process might have shortened the learning curve for me.
