I wasn’t quite expecting that so much of the training and onboarding would be a one-off setup process with heavy ongoing upkeep required. The initial sessions did cover the basics, but as I started using the dialer and database features, I realized many things needed regular tweaking. The automatic updates did push improvements, but also sometimes created new configuration tasks for me to handle. Despite the casual style of the training people and their attempt to help, it felt like every week I was tackling minor issues or revisiting sections I thought I had mastered. This continual need for maintenance surprised me and often distracted from the actual work flow I hoped to run. Payment and invoicing were fine and consistent, so at least that part was stable. It’s clear that the application is powerful and flexible, but the effort involved in keeping my environment running smoothly makes me question how sustainable it will be in the long run unless more streamlined onboarding or automation is introduced. I expected less recurring management and more ongoing ease of use.
