Training sessions me jo basics diye the, wo thik lage the, but jab main actual me software ko regular use ke liye set kar rahi thi, toh bahut baar messages aur calls me delay hota tha. Database integration thoda tricky tha, aur kabhi kabhi lagta tha jaise koi update se bhi issues aa rahe hain. Lekin haan, ek achha aspect ye tha ki support response timely mila, toh jitna support mila tha wo thoda help karta tha. Bas pura experience thoda sa frustrating feel hota tha, jaise dhoop mein chhatri le kar chalna ho aur baarish ho jati ho. Thoda better organization aur stability chahiye thi, tab ye zyada useful hota.

Baaki features ka use karne mein proper help milni chahiye thi, par wo bhi limited mila. If you want customers to use your product efficiently, better structure and more thorough assistance are necessary during the first steps. I felt quite alone in the process and uncertain if I was doing things right, which made starting frustrating rather than empowering. It’s disappointing because the software seemed promising, but without proper training from your side, users like me struggle unnecessarily. Please consider offering more comprehensive onboarding setups so the experience becomes easier and less stressful from the beginning.
