The moment things almost clicked, but still left me wanting
I was hopeful about the onboarding and training process but found myself having to figure out quite a bit independently. The initial modules provided a solid foundation, yet I often had to pause and experiment with the dialer and database features to understand how they’d fit my workflow. There was a moment midway where things almost clicked. I realized how the automatic updates could help keep the software aligned with changing remote work demands. Despite that, I felt somewhat left in the dark on certain parts, especially around how to optimize the calling tools efficiently. The training did a good job of introducing concepts but assumed familiarity that I didn’t quite have at first. Rather than clear guidance throughout, it felt like a mix of structured learning and trial and error. Still, I appreciate the warmth in the support I received even if it wasn’t exhaustive. The invoicing and sign-up went smoothly. By the end, it felt like I was partly learning to use the software and partly inventing my own best methods. So the moment it could have fully clicked... Well, it almost did, but not completely.
