best for patient learners, might frustrate those who want quick results

I found the onboarding and training process quite thorough but somewhat repetitive. The flow starts with basic introductions and moves on to advanced modules in stages, which helps if you're new to remote workflow software. However, I noticed there were moments when I felt stuck because I had to wait for system updates or access to specific tools during training, which slowed things down. This approach suits someone who prefers a steady pace with time to absorb information without rush. If you're looking for fast onboarding without much back and forth, this might not be the best fit. The training videos and live sessions cover the features in good detail, and the interactive parts helped solidify my understanding. The calling tools and dialer were explained clearly. Overall, I think it’s an effective process if you have patience but slightly less ideal for those wanting to jump right in and get things done fast.
