found the whole onboarding pretty smooth though a little effortful
So I started using the training material and I gotta say the order of steps made sense mostly. First the software setup was explained without fuss then they moved on to the dialing tools and database, which honestly was a lot to take in but laid out well. I liked how each bit built on the last so it never felt random or overwhelming even though it took some serious focus. The automatic updates introduced during were actually a nice surprise, not disruptive at all. I did have to rerun some parts to really get it, especially the part on invoicing which felt a bit dense at first. Telephonic support was pretty chill to contact if I got stuck. So all in all it took effort and time but it stuck together pretty cleanly from step one to actual use without jumping all over the place.
