Pre-purchase journey felt kinda like a puzzle
So, before I even signed up, I had to figure out a lot on my own. I mean, the sales material was decent, but some things were left pretty vague. I ended up chatting with the support team to clarify details about features and pricing, which was helpful, but I guess I expected a more guided experience overall. The sign-up process itself was fairly straightforward once I got past the inquiries. I liked how the invoicing and payment steps were done online without too much hassle, though. It felt like a mixed bag: some parts easy, others a bit of a head-scratcher. If I were telling a friend, I'd say the whole thing felt like assembling furniture without the manual at some points, but eventually, it all came together okay. Just wish there was a more seamless explanation from the sales side upfront so that it didn’t involve piecing it all together by myself.
