Figuring it out mostly on my own took some patience
Using the WFHI software involved more self-exploration than I initially expected, which was a bit of a double-edged sword. On one hand, the platform is quite comprehensive and logically designed, so with some fiddling, I managed to navigate the calling tools and understand how to work with the database feature reasonably well. The automatic updates were something that happened quietly in the background, which I appreciated as it required no manual intervention. On the other hand, the onboarding guidance and training left some gaps where I felt like I had to rely heavily on trial and error, especially when configuring workflows to fit my routine. I wish there had been slightly more detailed walkthroughs or examples for some advanced settings. Still, overall, the effort invested in figuring things out gradually gave me a sense of mastery instead of confusion. The sign-up and payment process was fairly straightforward, which added a nice touch of confidence early on. So while the journey wasn’t breeze-easy, it was satisfying enough to keep me engaged and learning throughout.
