Smooth software access but needed more confidence
The software access was mostly smooth, and I could get through all the initial setups without much hassle. I appreciated how the interface kept improving with automatic updates, making my daily use easier. However, I still felt a little unsure about some of the more complex functions, particularly how the database syncs with the dialer during calls. The training covered the basics well, but some details required extra help. Overall, I am confident enough for regular use but know I'll need to dive deeper to fully master everything. It’s a good start, but there is room to grow my own confidence with this platform.
