Good for self-starters but might challenge beginners
I found the WFHI software quite robust, but getting to grips with all the functions required a bit of self-driven learning. While the access process was seamless and the sign-up straightforward, much of the detailed usage I had to piece together myself since not all features are explained upfront. For those used to figuring out software independently, this is quite suitable. The software offers rich capabilities once you get into it, especially the dialer and database features which are quite powerful. However, I did feel that more guided onboarding or embedded tutorials could speed up the ramp-up for new users. I have a small reservation about this because if someone is not tech-savvy or expects hand-holding, this might cause some initial frustration. The invoicing and payment side was handled well, though, with clear instructions and smooth processing. Overall, it’s a good fit for those comfortable exploring software without heavy guidance but could pose a learning curve otherwise. So, WFHI software is quite competent but better suited if you can troubleshoot a bit yourself.
