It clicked after some confusion with labels and terms

When I first started using the software, I found that many of the labels and instructions weren’t exactly intuitive, which caused some hesitation. For example, the calling tools and dialer had buttons named in a way that made me pause and wonder what exactly they did. That’s when I thought maybe I’m not reading it right or missing something. However, after I played around with the database feature and got a better hang of the flow, something clicked. I realized that the wording made sense in the context of the remote workflow, but perhaps a few terms could be explained better for newcomers. The automatic updates seemed to help with fixing minor bugs which improved the experience thereafter. Overall access to the software was smooth, though the initial impression was a bit confusing. I think with clearer labeling and maybe brief pop-up tips during the onboarding, the moment of clarity would come faster for newer users like myself.
