Looking back, the ups and downs both matter
When I look back on my experience with WFHI software and training, the positives and negatives stand out almost equally. Initially, the onboarding process dragged on longer than I expected, and a couple of features in the dialer didn't work quite as smoothly as I hoped, causing some frustration during the setup phase. However, these bumps were balanced against how intuitive the database feature became once I got used to it and how the automatic updates rolled out seamlessly without interrupting my workflow. The telephonic support was responsive even if sometimes I had to repeat my issue, but their priority assistance was especially helpful during a critical moment when the dialer crashed mid-use. The invoicing and payment flow was straightforward overall, though at times I wondered if the sign-up steps could be streamlined further. Reflecting now, the mixture of occasional hiccups and steady progress made the experience feel real and not too glossy. I would say it prepared me well for managing remote workflows, and though it wasn't perfect, the software and training helped me a lot in adapting to new demands. I remember the challenges but also the ways WFHI managed to turn things around.
