Focused on the sales call which stuck with me
When I considered using the service, the initial sales process stood out because it was the main time I felt somewhat uncertain. The explanations provided were factual but lacked depth, and I realized that I would likely need to seek help again in the future to fully understand the pricing and options. Since this part is about the pre-purchase interaction, I judged that the materials shared didn’t give me everything I needed to make a quick assessment, especially about features and technical support specifics. I did not experience much in terms of promotional flare or attempts to convince me otherwise; the communication was straightforward but brief. I expected more detailed answers to my questions at this stage but found them limited. Given that the software and training are quite complex, I suspect future communication will be necessary as I work through onboarding and actual use. Overall, this left me with the impression that I should be ready to reach out again for more support and clarification after signing up. The process itself was no more than functional, but the lack of thorough information initially created a degree of hesitation and doubt for me as a potential customer.
