Some things I expected weren’t there

I went into using the WFHI product hoping it would cover everything I wanted from a remote workflow tool. The sales information gave me a general idea, but once I started using the software, I noticed a few gaps. For instance, the calling tools worked fine, but the dialer feature wasn’t as intuitive as I thought it would be, which meant I spent extra time figuring it out. The database feature was decent but didn’t quite match the specifics I anticipated, like custom tags or sorting options that had seemed implied in the initial overview. Support was friendly and responsive, but the sign-up and invoicing process lacked some of the clarity I expected before purchase. On the plus side, the training sessions were well structured and helped me get accustomed to most features without too much effort. Automatic updates came through regularly without causing any issues, which I appreciated. Overall, the product mostly met my basic needs, but I feel it fell short of delivering all the bells and whistles I had hoped for based on pre-purchase materials.
