Not for those who need quick support and easy access
I tried using the WFHI software hoping it would streamline remote workflow management but I encountered multiple issues with accessing certain features and connecting with support. It was often difficult to get a timely response when I faced technical problems, especially during critical working hours. Despite several attempts, the responsiveness didn’t impress me much, which made me reconsider the suitability of this platform for my needs. The onboarding process also felt slower than I expected, and the dialer sometimes refused to connect calls properly. I found the database feature somewhat confusing rather than intuitive, making my usual tasks harder. On top of that, automatic updates sometimes interrupted the software’s performance unexpectedly. The invoicing and payment procedure didn’t have any surprises, but it was the overall experience with connectivity and support that let me down. I think people who prefer rapid responses and immediate access might find this software frustrating to work with. For those who can tolerate the delays and occasional glitches, it may still work, but I am not among them. I wish there were improvements in customer service speed and software reliability to make this a more viable option for daily remote work requirements.
