Training Outcome Was Not What I Needed
When I compared this onboarding process to what I had used before, I noticed several issues. The initial training modules were too generic, lacking the depth I expected from a software designed to support remote workflows. I found myself waiting for specific examples or case scenarios relevant to my daily use, which never came. That said, one aspect I appreciated was the clear structure of the training steps, which helped me at least know where I was supposed to be in the process. However, the overall pace felt rushed in some sections and dragged in others, which made it hard to maintain focus. The lack of interactivity also meant I couldn’t clarify doubts during the sessions, which was frustrating. My experience showed that while the onboarding framework was consistent, it didn’t meet my expectations in practical application compared to my previous tools. Because of this, I’m hesitant to recommend it to those who want more hands-on learning within the training setup.
