That moment I realized onboarding wasn’t as quick as hoped

I remember the specific moment when it didn’t quite click during the onboarding with WFHI. It was after I had signed up and started the software setup, expecting to be fully operational within a day or two. However, the training and integration process took way longer than I anticipated. I spent quite some time trying to figure out the nuances of the dialer and how the database fit into my workflow, which wasn’t very intuitive at first. The automatic updates that were supposed to help sometimes changed settings unexpectedly, meaning I had to relearn some parts repeatedly. I recall feeling stuck at one point, waiting for telephonic support, which was helpful but also slow to respond initially. Although the invoicing and payment part was gentle enough to navigate, it couldn’t compensate for the overall delay in getting fully functional. That particular moment, when I realized setup was taking much longer, marked my biggest frustration. While some parts were fine, like the clear payment process, I felt the onboarding could have been quicker and less confusing to get going properly.
