It clicked gradually, not all at once
My experience with WFHI's software was positive, though I have to admit it wasn’t entirely smooth sailing at first. Compared to the remote workflow tools I used before, this one had some nice improvements in terms of interface clarity and the call dialer integration. But initially, I found myself unsure about accessing some of the newer features, like the updated database management or where exactly automatic updates showed up in the system. It was a little overwhelming until about midweek when I started seeing the connections between different parts of the portal and how the calling tools linked with the training. That’s when it really clicked for me. I realized this software wasn’t just a fancy replacement but designed thoughtfully for remote setups. The onboarding flow also helped me adapt steadily, even if I wished some sections were more upfront about how to access support. So while I experienced a learning curve, by the end of my trial period, I felt more confident and recognized the added value of this WFHI platform compared to what I’d used previously.
