Missing customization compared to previous tools
When I first checked out WFHI’s software, I kept comparing it in my head with what I was accustomed to before. It does have the basic functionality needed for remote workflows, but I couldn’t find some of the customization options I relied on previously, like more flexible dialer settings or deeper database filters. These omissions made the transition less smooth, since I had to adapt to the system instead of tailor it to my usual processes. The sign-up and invoicing parts were fine, nothing bad there, but it’s the pre-purchase interaction that left me a bit hesitant. I wasn’t sure if I’d get the same ease of use or speed I had with prior products. It’s not that WFHI software is bad; it’s just missing certain features that I valued. I might give it more time, but initially, I felt something important was lacking in the experience.
