Would I do it again? It depends on clearer explanations
When I first explored the WFHI software and its training, the sign-up process was straightforward enough, and setting up the dialer seemed pretty smooth. However, understanding the full scope of features like the database and automatic updates took a bit more time than expected. The initial communication was helpful but sometimes too technical, making it difficult to grasp all details right away. Payment and invoicing were clearly laid out, which was a plus, but ongoing support communication lacked some clarity. I appreciated that the onboarding flow was structured but felt the explanations could benefit from more step-by-step guidance, especially around integrating the calling tools into daily workflow. Overall, there were positive aspects, especially in the software’s functionality, but some confusion remains in process details. If that improved, I’d definitely consider engaging with WFHI again. For now, it’s a mixed experience that I’m still weighing to decide whether to continue or look elsewhere for remote workflow support.
