Felt good initially, but details were kinda fuzzy later on
My first impression at the pre-purchase call was quite reassuring; the sales team explained what the software and training would entail and how we'd set things up. That initial conversation left me feeling confident about the whole process. However, beyond that point, the details got a little hazy. It wasn’t very clear to me how much of the setup was a one-time task and how much continuous training or software updates I’d have to manage later. The invoicing and payment explanation seemed straightforward enough, though the follow-up emails had some ambiguous wording about ongoing support or priority assistance. I found the balance between what was promised and what was explained didn’t entirely match up once I was deeper into the workflow. Still, I liked the prospect of the database integration and calling tools, and the training started out effective, so I hope the experience will even out.
