Training labels sometimes confusing, but would do it again
When I went through the onboarding training, I noticed that some of the wording and labels used in the modules didn’t immediately make sense to me. For example, a few terms related to the dialer and database settings felt ambiguous, requiring me to pause and interpret what was meant. It would help if you clarified the language or provided examples for those labels to reduce confusion for new users. That said, the overall structure of the training was logical and covered everything needed to get started. Despite the occasional unclear phrasing, I found the content sufficient enough to build confidence with the software. Given the support available, I believe I would choose to do the training and onboarding again if needed, though improvements in terminology would make it smoother and less time-consuming to complete the process.
