Finding what I needed in onboarding wasn’t effortless but totally worth it
Honestly, the onboarding and training with WFHI took more effort than I first expected. Initially, I was just clicking around the dashboard wondering where to look for specific training modules and how to operate the dialer properly. However, once I got past that early confusion, it turned out that everything was actually set up logically; the features like the auto-updates and database were accessible but required a bit of digging to fully understand. I kept going back and forth between sections which was frustrating at times, yet looking back, that was all part of my learning curve. Ultimately, the effort I put into finding resources and mastering the calling tools paid off because now I feel I can rely on the software competently day to day. So yeah, it was a bit of a process to get comfortable, but totally manageable, and I’d say reasonable given the capabilities it offers.
