felt like talking to a wall with unclear labels everywhere
The overall experience with the sales and pre-purchase phase felt frustrating and confusing. The wording on the website and in communication was often unclear or too technical without proper explanation. Many important terms and labels used in the sign-up and product description were poorly defined, which made it hard to understand what exactly was included in the software or training. At times, I was unsure if I was looking at optional features or standard parts of the package because the interface didn’t clearly distinguish these. Although the support team did try to clarify some points, their explanations repeated vague industry jargon rather than giving straightforward answers. While the sign-up and payment steps were executed efficiently without glitches, the lack of clear, user-friendly wording throughout the sales process left me with little enthusiasm. It felt like jumping into something without knowing all the basic rules. This lack of transparency and coherent communication in the early stages made me question the ease of use after purchase. Ultimately, the whole thing just felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating from start to finish.
