I expected the sign-up and onboarding to guide me step-by-step in a logical sequence, but that wasn’t quite the case. Instead, the steps seemed a bit scattered, like I had to guess what to do next rather than being clearly directed. For someone comfortable with exploring and figuring things out, this might be fine or even enjoyable, but for me, it quickly became frustrating. I also found that training modules were available without apparent order, which made it harder to build my knowledge gradually. The payment process was okay, but I felt the lack of a clear flow made everything feel more complicated than necessary.
