Steps missing logical flow in support process left me frustrated
I must express my dissatisfaction with the support and communication style I encountered when using WFHI's software services. The sequence in which the support staff guided me through trouble-shooting was disorganized and lacked any clear logical progression. At times, I was asked to perform steps that seemed irrelevant or premature without explanation, which only added to my frustration. This haphazard approach meant I often had to stop and question what the next step was meant to achieve in resolving my issue. Moreover, instructions were sometimes vague, requiring me to seek clarification multiple times during the same call. Calls would periodically drop or get disconnected, and the process to reconnect was neither smooth nor efficient. It felt as though the support agents were following a script without considering the specifics of my problem, further contributing to a sense of being misunderstood. I was hoping for a structured, reasonable roadmap to assist me through the software setup and usage challenges, but that was missing entirely. The absence of clear guidance made the experience unnecessarily long and irritating, ultimately discouraging me from continuing without external help. In a service meant to facilitate remote workflows, I expected a more coherent, customer-friendly support sequence. Instead, I felt left on my own to piece together solutions in an order that made sense to me, which was deeply disappointing.
