Surprised by repeated back-and-forth with support
What surprised me most in my experience with support and communication was the extent of repetition involved in resolving a simple issue. There was this one moment when I had to explain a problem with the dialer not connecting properly. I had already gone over the details once, but the support team asked me to again elaborate on the exact error, which felt like going in circles. Outside that incident, I cannot precisely recall how many times I had to wait or repeat explanations because it blended into a generally slow back-and-forth communication pattern. Sometimes, calls lasted long without arriving at a clear solution, and I noticed that there wasn’t much proactive follow-up. It made me feel like the process could be more efficient if support had a better knowledge base or quicker access to common troubleshooting steps. Though eventually the problem did get fixed, the drawn-out conversation surprised me, especially since other parts of the system like automatic updates worked without issue. So it is this contrast that sticks in my memory.
