Labels on billing were a bit puzzling
When it came to billing and payments for the WFHI software, I found the labeling and wording somewhat inconsistent, which made me pause and try to decode what exactly was being charged and when. For example, some invoice line items used terms I wasn’t completely familiar with, and although I assume they referred to subscription fees or training credits, it was not instantly clear. Still, the payment process was smooth otherwise, with automatic updates and options to pay through common online methods. I appreciate that the company provides clear invoices digitally, but at times I found myself spending extra time cross-referencing details on their site to make sure I wasn’t missing something. On the other hand, the sign-up and onboarding instructions were easy to understand at first glance. It’s possible that with more exposure, the payment terms will become more familiar and user-friendly, but I had mixed feelings about how labels are handled in billing documents at my early stage.
