Frustrated by the software’s poor handling of errors
Reflecting now on my experience with WFHI, I found the software frustrating especially when things went wrong. Instead of helping me recover easily, the system’s error messages were vague and unhelpful. The dialer frequently failed to connect, and the database sometimes locked me out without explanation. Attempts to get telephonic support led to long wait times and inconsistent advice. Although the billing and payment were clear, the lack of smooth access made the whole process feel inefficient. Training did not prepare me for the issues I faced. Overall, it felt like the software did not cope well with real-world problems, which left me disappointed and reluctant to continue.
