Getting out of tricky spots was more work than expected
I found dealing with errors in the WFHI software a bit tougher than I hoped. Initially, when something went wrong in the database or dialer features, the software didn’t always offer clear guidance on how to fix it, which left me guessing a lot. I tried to navigate these problems on my own first, but ultimately telephonic support had to be involved. I’m still not entirely sure that every issue got fully resolved, which makes me cautious. The support team was helpful but it often took multiple calls and some waiting time to get through. I guess my uncertainty here stems from the fact that I expected the software to handle errors more intuitively. The sign-up and onboarding were fine, and the rest of the system runs okay most of the time, but recovering from glitches felt like a bigger effort than it probably should be for software of this type. So overall, I’m unsure if this is just a learning phase or a persistent problem.
