frustrated by setup that felt too one-time and clunky
I generally felt a bit let down after the initial software setup. While signing up and invoicing worked okay, most of the setup felt like a one-off chore rather than a continuous flow that adapts. The onboarding had me entering details and fiddling with the dialer at length, but then it kind of stalled because ongoing tweaking wasn't clear. For instance, the database setup seemed like something you do once and then forget, yet some updates suggested otherwise which confused me. The automatic updates kept coming but weren't always clear on what changed or how it improved the user experience, which felt like missed chances. Calling tools were basic and didn't always sync smoothly with my workflow, making me wish for more guidance or ongoing support beyond the initial calls. However, I admit the telephonic support was polite and willing when reached, so there's that small upside. At the end, despite some nice features, the overall experience felt more complicated than it needed to be.
