Got it clicked when I realized I had to learn myself
Right from the start, I knew WFHI wouldn't hold my hand through everything. It clicked for me exactly when I saw that I was expected to figure out a lot of the setup and workflow adjustments myself. The sales and onboarding communications were honest about the support they provide, but until I actually logged into the system and started using the dialer and database features, it didn't fully sink in. The training helped but didn't spoon-feed me, which I appreciated in the end. I also noticed the automatic updates kept things fresh without breaking anything I had set up, which was reassuring. Sign-up and invoicing was pretty straightforward, so I wasn’t distracted there. Overall, the moment I consciously accepted that I had to independently adapt the tools to my needs was when everything started making sense. It's not a fully done-for-you package, but the pieces are there if you invest the effort. That realization changed my approach and has helped me keep learning how to get more efficient with the software. If someone is looking for something ready-made with less work, they might need to adjust expectations.
