It clicked only when steps followed logical sequence
At first, I was a bit lost because the training modules seemed scattered, jumping to different topics without much connection. It didn't feel natural or helpful until I realized that I needed to follow the steps exactly as laid out, in their given order. Once I stuck to that sequence, everything started making sense much faster. The onboarding flow felt designed to build on the last part, so skipping ahead or missing steps just delayed understanding. The dialer setup was part of this too; setting it up before understanding the database or how the calling tools interact led to confusion. When I finally completed the initial training in the recommended path, usage became much more fluid. Automatic updates didn't throw me off as they happened quietly in the background, but I did need that solid base first to appreciate the new features. Signing up and handling payments was quick and didn’t interrupt the flow, which was good. The telephonic support was mostly focused on helping with specific steps, so having a clear order in mind made those calls helpful rather than frustrating. Ultimately, the moment it all clicked was when I followed the structure as intended, not before. That simplicity made the whole process worth it.
