Great onboarding, but might confuse beginners a bit
I found the training and onboarding quite friendly overall, especially how they handled things when things didn’t go quite as planned for me. Like, during one of their sessions, I accidentally messed up a step, and their support was super quick and helped me reset it without fuss. The instructions were clear enough, but some tech terms might be tricky if you're totally new to this stuff. I think it suits folks who have at least a bit of experience with remote software tools because it moves at a steady pace. If you’re a rookie, you might feel a little lost sometimes, though the casual chat vibes help keep it chilled. Also, they keep updating the software automatically, which kept me from worrying about version mismatches. I appreciated that attention to detail. So, if you've got some tech savvy and patience, it’s a good fit, but if you want hand-holding every step, you might get a bit frustrated. Overall, I’d say it made the whole process smoother than I thought, definitely gave me confidence to keep going.
