Wording and labels left me wanting more clarity
During my training and onboarding sessions, I noticed that while some of the labels and instructions in the software were intuitive, others left me second guessing certain steps. The dialer and database tools had potential, but clearer wording would have helped me not waste time figuring out what exactly each field or button did. Some terms seemed either too technical or ambiguous for someone new to remote workflows. At least the automatic updates helped reduce manual changes down the line, which was a relief. Still, I felt the onboarding flow could have included more explanations or examples to make the features more approachable for first-time users like me.
