Onboarding took longer than expected but effective
Compared to other training platforms I’ve used, this one has a steeper learning curve, which means it took more time to get comfortable. The first few modules felt quite packed with information, and the onboarding flow wasn’t as smooth as I hoped initially. Still, once I was through the setup stage and the automatic updates started rolling in, things got a lot easier to manage overall. With some patience, I found the training useful, especially the way the database features integrated with the calling tools. Just be ready to invest around a week of focused time before it clicks into place.
