Setup was a one-time hassle, not ongoing
If I had to explain WFHI support and communication to a friend honestly, I’d say the initial setup was a major headache but after that it pretty much settled down. I found that getting the software ready to use required a lot of one-off questions and waiting on calls that felt disconnected from ongoing help. Once the training and onboarding were done, I didn’t get much additional support or proactive guidance — which made me wonder if the system was designed to serve long-term or just to get users started. The dialer and database features didn’t come with clear step-by-step during setup, so a lot of trial and error was involved. In the end, it felt like the support was mostly about fixing initial things, not about helping consistently to make sure it worked well day to day. That part was disappointing, since remote workflows should always have some ongoing assistance.
