The moment it didn’t click, it really didn’t
I was genuinely hopeful during the initial sign-up and training phases because the setup promised to streamline my remote workflows. However, as soon as I tried to get deeper into the database feature, things started faltering. The dialer tool, which was meant to help manage calls efficiently, would often freeze or fail to connect properly, making it frustrating to rely on. Attempting to reach support for these issues only added to my confusion, as the responses were slow and sometimes unclear, making me feel stuck without clear guidance. I also noticed the automatic updates were happening, but they didn’t seem to fix these issues, instead sometimes introducing small new bugs that made the experience worse. Even the invoicing and payment process wasn’t straightforward, leaving me uncertain about whether my payments had gone through correctly. I tried to push through in hopes of seeing improvements, but overall, this software just didn’t work for me. What was supposed to simplify my work ended up slowing me down and causing more headaches than help, and that’s when it finally clicked that this setup wasn’t going to deliver what I needed.
