Handled connection drop like a champ but screen lagged
I used the WFHI software extensively through the first week and ran into a few typical technical hiccups. What stood out was how the software handled my internet disconnects. When my connection dropped, the platform automatically reconnected and preserved my data inputs in the dialer, which was impressive and made me feel reassured about reliability. However, I did notice that occasionally the user interface would lag slightly, especially when accessing the database or switching between calls quickly. It’s not a major problem but something to keep in mind for those who need seamless speed. The onboarding training also covered troubleshooting pretty well, helping me navigate these situations without panic. The payment invoicing was straightforward, no issues there. Overall, the software’s resilience to connection problems made a big positive impression even though the small UI lag was a mild reservation. It gave me confidence that the core telephonic features would work well in daily use, but with a smoother interface experience this tool could be nearly flawless.
