Great for busy people, not for those who want super quick setup
Hey! Just wanted to share my experience with the software. So honestly, once I got access, I found the software pretty smooth. The dialer rarely hung, which was super cool because I hate waiting. The training was pretty straightforward too - no reruns or waiting for slots, everything was self-paced and when I needed extra help, support was super quick on the phone. Now, if you're someone who wants to jump straight in without poking around the database or dealing with too many clicks, this might not be your cup of chai. It’s more for folks who don’t mind exploring the features bit by bit. For me, it worked well with my schedule since I could take breaks and pick right up again without feeling rushed. So, if you're chill and have some patience with learning new software, this one’s cool. But if you hate any sort of waiting or repetition in setup, maybe not so much!
