Sales process stands out but left me needing more help
I went into the sales and pre-purchase process hoping it would be clear enough for me to navigate without much extra assistance, but found that I would likely need help again in the future. The portal’s explanations were somewhat vague about how features would link up with my particular remote workflow, which was frustrating. It seemed like you had to guess at what software modules or training paths you’d require, with limited guidance. On the plus side, sign-up and payment steps were uncomplicated and the invoices arrived promptly, so that side worked well. But the one part that really stood out was how much I struggled to understand the real value of each option before buying. Since onboarding still felt quite complex, I expect I'll need to reach out for telephonic support again soon. This balanced between a mostly functional offer and missing clear direction made it tough for me to fully trust the process. I’m undecided if this will improve with experience or if I’ll still feel this need for extra help next time I engage with the platform.
