Setup seems mostly one-time with some recurring steps
I’ve been thinking about how much setup work I had to invest when I purchased the software and training package. Initially, there was a fair amount of configuration involved, especially with customizing the database feature to suit my remote workflow. That felt like a one-off effort. The onboarding training helped a lot here, though I did find some of it quite generic and had to adapt things myself, so it was part in and part out. Once I got through those first few days, the ongoing use seemed simpler. The dialer and calling tools worked reliably throughout the week without requiring reconfiguration, which was a relief. However, I noticed that automatic updates sometimes changed interface elements slightly, requiring me to adjust; this looked like a trade-off between having the latest features and stability. The invoicing and payment process was clear and seamless, which I appreciated since it removed one usual hassle. Support was accessible by phone, but I only used it a couple of times for minor questions, and responses were polite and adequate. Overall, if I had to explain this experience to a friend, I’d say the early setup demands the most effort but once settled, most of the workflow just runs without much ongoing hassle, though a small part of me wonders if I might be missing tricks to streamline things more. So yes, it’s mainly one-off setup with just occasional adjustments.
